Windows 2k and error -20

Hi, we are hosting about 25 databases on a Windows 2000 pro machine with 60 users. We have mostly Windows 2000 machines with a few 98 machines. We are all connected via network, with switches and no hubs. We have one user who keeps on being kicked out of Filemaker with error -20. All the network cables have been tested from the machine up to the switch and there is no fault.

She is running all the latest patches and she is locked out of all databases not just one. I have checked the network settings on the card so the power management does not shut down the machine or put it to sleep. She is still logged on the network and can mail and browse.

If anyone has any ideas - she is running v6.0v4, with Filemaker server 5.5.

HELP!!

FileMaker Version: 6

Platform: Windows 2000

Have the user log into the Windows 2000 PC with a different user account and see if it happens - if not then something in her user profile is causing the problem.

Also, is there anything different about her PC such as unique applications, printer drivers, etc.?

Error code 20 means that there is already another instance of FileMaker running with the same install code. This will happen with retail versions of FM. You do not get this check with a VLA version.
