While in Browse Mode, is there any way to select and format several fields at once, giving all of them the same font and size?

You can't do that in Browse Mode. You can only do that in Layout Mode.

In FM7, you can script format changes like this.

If the data is styled differently than the style you choose in layout mode, and you want to change it to that style, then there are ways to do that using Replace.

Let us know if that is your problem and we can help you through it.

I'm copying the data from other sites. In Browse Mode, when this data is pasted, it doesn't conform to the style I chose in Layout Mode.
