I can not access "Accounts & Privileges". HELP!

The menu selection "Accounts & Privileges" are dimmed in my File menu. I have the password and username, but are not able to write it in anywhere and therefore not able to access several areas like scripts and layouts in the file. What is wrong and how do i fix it?

I tried that and it did not work. I am able to open the file, but none of the passwords works.

Perhaps you have a username and password that does not have full access... did you set up the accounts on the file, or someone else?

I had a similar problem with fm6.0 If you are using fmpro server to admin your files try closing it on the server and opening it directly.
