Thanks.

Hi Jason,

I don't know Florida but I can highly recommend Central FL FileMaker Pro Developers Group. You can find out more information on Andy's FusionDZine Website. That is one Group I'd love to be able to attend. smile.gif

Hi Jason -

And Hi LaRetta, thanks for the link to the Central Florida FileMaker User Group. We have moved the website to its own site now though, namely www.fmpug.com.

Now, as far as I know there is not a group in the Tampa, Clearwater area. One thing I have considered is coming over there every couple of months and running a meeting. Maybe I should poll the members here as I know of a few that are in the area.

Obvious issues arise such as finding a meeting space that meets the needs of the group. Maybe we could get together and discuss this. I am always looking for other FMPug's to join the "pack" so to speak.

And, as a side note. If you know of or run a FileMaker Pro User Group stop by the website at www.fmpug.com and sign up to become an FMPug in your own right. Also, if you know of a user group you think people should know about, they can become a Friend of the Pug site.

Jason -- I too live in the Pinellas County area. Perhaps we can combine our efforts and set this idea in motion. Contact me at TheMediaCenter(at)tampabay(dot)rr(dot)com.

Thanks,

Jim
