Hi,

I was reviewing post #101779 in the "PDF" section of the FM Forums. The post talked about AppleScripting the creation of a PDF. I copied Apple's "AppleScript" as suggested...the script makes a PDF and sends it straight to an email. It works great! I'm just wondering now if there is a way to incorporate making a SECURE PDF into that same AppleScript. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on where I can find out how to do this?

I looked into this previously and did not see any solution. It seems you should be able to open the file in Acrobat and change the security setting, but alas, the scriptability of Acrobat is pretty limitted. Let us know if you have any success.
