If i want to increase 80 cents to 1 dollars and i want to keep old records as 80 cents ... just for new records are 1 dollars. It means for new records Total Money = km * $1. And so on if i want to increase 1 dollar to 2 dollars and also want to keep olds records. I don`t want to use look-up since look-up in portal sometimes it works sometimes does not. Any help is really appreciated. Anh Tran
Ender Posted May 6, 2004 Posted May 6, 2004 Try an auto-entered calc. Or better yet, a field for Rate, and then Total Money = km * Rate (I don't like the idea of hardcoding rates in calculations if the rates could change.)
