Ugh...basic printing problem with layouts

Here is my layout in FM5 and how I would like it printed:

I've looked around and I can't believe I haven't found an answer for this. Can anyone help out?

Change your page setup to print Records being browsed instead of Field Definitions.

Thanks much. For whatever reason I can't select it as all the other options are greyed out, but I'll figure it out.
