Please
dbruggmann Posted May 26, 2004 Posted May 26, 2004 And what is, if it that percentage is = 12 Percent?
Joseph31 Posted May 26, 2004 Author Posted May 26, 2004 oh good one...that is Net proceeds to provider thanks Joseph
Joseph31 Posted May 26, 2004 Author Posted May 26, 2004 Correction on orginal Calc. If the Percentage is > 12 percent then take the difference between 12 percent and first percentage and divide by 2 and then multiply by Purchase price = Bonus to funder Sorry thanks
dbruggmann Posted May 26, 2004 Posted May 26, 2004 I certainly don't understand your parameters, but only because my English isn't good enough. Nonetheless, with my understanding I come up with something like this: Case( Gross Proceed to Provider / Purchase Price <= 12; "Net proceeds to provider"; Gross Proceed to Provider / Purchase Price > 12; ((Gross Proceed to Provider / Purchase Price) - 12 / 2) * PurchasePrice ) If it doesn't make sense
Joseph31 Posted May 26, 2004 Author Posted May 26, 2004 No it does ... make sense Let me try thank you Joseph
