probably a simple answer I hope. I have a list layout with a header and a body. The body list the values that I want but I have the header background as white and the body as a grey. In the contacts listing it gives the whole of the bottom part of the header as grey which is great. But in the company list it only display grey on the individual line of the companies being listed.

Any idea how to get it all grey

In Layout Mode you can select a layout part by clicking on the tiny labels ("Header", "Body", Footer",

I've done that and it works fine for one listing but for the other I am only getting a background on the actually record in the list.

Sorry, if the questions seem stupid, but:

Does this happen also with more than one record?

Are both pics taken in Browse mood?

You don't happen to have a forgotten grey rectangular on the layout?

both pics are in browse mode attached is the same in layout.

It happens with more than 1 yes.
