how can copy a table from fm7 file to other fm7 file or to itself with other name with keeping filed definitions and datas.

It is a source of considerable frustration that FM7 was released without table-porting ability. Many have resorted to defining afresh and performing an import; in some cases it makes sense to use the opportunity to overhaul field definitions and table organization to capitalize on FM7 features anyway...

But I believe some third-party solutions aim to meet this need. Look at the migration forum and/or the early FM7 postings. Here's one thread with relevant links:
