Does anyone know if New Millennium's Table Consolidation Tool transfers the actual internal field id?

I am converting a a solution with several extensive tables. I tried other 3rd party stuff and it hasn't worked. The only way I have been able to do it and get the field ids right is by hand. I was hoping that New Millennium's Table Consolidation Tool would do that and save me a ton of time.

I think it also gives you the option of creating new internal IDs. I'm looking at using it as part of my migration.
