I am using the open OpenURL() script step to send emails - using mailto:

I have 3 problems in using this and wondering if there are any workarounds.

1. All text loses case formatting. (ok seen a fix here using applescript - but applescript is not web compatible)

2. Special characters not displaying correctly. i.e. apostrophe displays as
