They Gave my a 350 pages in a txt file (from Word) with repeating informations for about 1300 persons

I copy 2 persons info to see the way they type them... ( Oh God)

How Can import the data in to correct fields ...:?

As you can see there no tab ...only paragraphs

In this case, I put the text in Appleworks, find and replace all CR's with Tabs, find and replace all 'First Name' with - CR. Now import into a NEW file (let all fields be created.) Delete the fields that have the titles in them. Voila.
