Hello,

I'm working on an old database and I find regularly a kind of field I don't understand. It is used in list layout and shows several fields in one zone. If I go in the properties, the option "Specify Field" is not shown.

There is in example in the attached file (it is just one layout with a copy/past of the mysterious field.

It is useless to precise I am a newbie in FileMaker (and in English too ).

There appear to be two fields there that are grouped together and have been set as a button.

If you dont want it to be a button, right click on the fields, select Specify button, and highlight Do Nothing (Go To layout is currently selected).

Then you can select these fields, and under the Arrange menu select ungroup.

Now you can select each field seperately and right click to get specify field.
