I created a Layout using bits and pieces from the Customer management template and have notice that when in the browse mode ---when I attempt to "tab" between different fields on my form--the cursor goes to various fields but not in the order of the form? Is there away to make my cursor tab from field to field based on their layout?

Easy to explain ... Select Layout > Set Tab Order. Create a new tab order and, starting with your first field, click through your fields (inserting the new tab number) in the exact sequence you want to move through them.
