I have a FM6 database that I used to import large text files, 20,000 to 100,000 records into a text field. I then find and deleted the blank records and then looped through the remaining records looking for certain characters in specific locations that identified data I was looking for. Yesterday I converted this solution to FM7. When I attempted to import the text file I got the familiar import window telling me how many bytes are remaining to import. The progress bar shows about 2/3 complete when it stops for about 5 minutes and then continues on with the script. When I look at the record count I realized that 10000 or so of the 40000 records never got imported.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or have any ideas as to what might be happening.
