Hi zelsius, and Welcome to the Forums.

I noticed your Profile is Blank. You should update it to include at least your platform and operating system. You might also find others on the Forum speak your native language if they knew what that was. To update your profile, use the "Update your [color:"blue"] Profile " under your name at the left in your post. Just click on [color:"blue"]Profile.

Hello, zelsius!

To publish a database online (website) with FileMaker Pro Unlimited 5.5...

Application Preferences > Plug-ins > Web Companion (X, checked/on)

Also, Web Companion may need to be configured (Instant Web Publishing, Port 80, etc.)

FILE menu > Sharing... > Web Companion (X, checked/on)

Yes, you can have a newsletter subscription form. I do not know Instant Web Publishing well, though, so cannot say how well it will do what you want. You can use ACCESS PRIVILEGES for passwords if you want to restrict access to your database.
