I'm using FM Server 5.5 loaded on a Mac with OS 9.0. My clients use both PCs and Macs. One of my Mac clients needs to print envelopes, but I can't get the envelope format to stick. I have set the envelope format at the Server and also at her computer. Each time she goes to the envelope layout, the format has been lost. Could the problem be in her printer driver - or elsewhere?

I remember having this problem at a client location, it was related to OS X however. The problem was that the envelope settings are not stored with the rest of the print settings. We had to show the Print dialog so that the use could choose the envelope as a page type.
