Trouble Printing a Portal in Windows on an HP 4200

I have several files with full-page layouts featuring one portal with approx. 20 rows. The layout prints beautifully when told to do so from a Mac. However, it doesn't work in Windows! The result is a missing line of data mid-portal.

I have tried installing new drivers, changing fonts, rebuilding the layouts...nothing works. I have searched the Filemaker and HP sites for information about this and haven't found any.

The problem appears to happen only with this combination of variables: Layout with large portal, Windows OS, HP printer (several kinds, actually).

Could anyone offer a suggestion or two or point me towards a docuement which addresses this issue.

At one point I had trouble printing to an HP 4100 - I installed the 4000 PCL drivers and it seemed to work ok.

Question - is it the sixth (6th) portal row that is not printing?
