andyuk Posted July 8, 2004 Posted July 8, 2004 I have a db that summarises an Admin Area field. I have a report that tells me how many records for each Area i.e. Birmingham 690. What I want to do is create a field that will tell me how many unique records there are for each area. For example, Birmingham 690 might only be split amongst 4 Contacts. So, I want to have a report that shows the Count of Admin Area and also the Unique Count of Contacts for each Area. This will result in: Admin Area-Birmingham. Total Records-690. Total Contacts-24. Can you please help. Thank you very much from a VERY wet UK.
SassyTexan Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 Create another subsummary below, sort it by contact. See if that works
