Am curious if there are interested Washington, DC, FM enthusiasts who would like to get together on a formal or informal basis to explore problems, solutions, etc.

There is an existing DC-area group, but it appears to be comprised entirely of suburban denizens who have moved the group out to pedestrian-unfriendly venues (NIH and beyond). Very nice people, but basically unreachable by the carless urban crowd, to which I belong.

We have spoken to them about possibly coming under the FMPug banner, to boost attendance and the like. Sounds like you need a group outside of the urban setting of downtown DC. If anyone is interested in coordinating this, FMPug could help you out. Contact us via email below.

Wow. I'd forgotten all about this, and for some reason had not received any email alerts that people had (over time) made comments on this topic. My apologies.

I'm definitely still interested in getting a group together, even if it's nothign more than an informal and loosely-knit group.

Anyone in DC that would be interested? I live in Logan Circle.
