FM 4.1 crashes when printing to Ricoh 3200

We have Filemaker 4.1 running on Windows 2000. It crashes almost constantly when the main user tries to print to a Ricoh 3200 printer on a Netware 5.1 network. We did not have these problems when she was printing to a HP 8000.

Unfortunately, we just did some moving to the second floor of the building. The HP 8000 is now on the first floor. This is probably some type of driver/setup issue. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Either a corrupt printer driver or corrupt print spooler on the client machine.
