FMP-6 CDML tag -mailto Firewall interference?

I have been using CDML -mailto -mailcc -mailformat etc.. to automatically send a work order request when it was added to a database. It worked fine until recently. I think the culprit is a new firewall that IT installed on the network, but I can't find any information about Filemaker, firewalls and the mailto function.

Is there a port that needs activitated??? How can I tell.

It maybe using port 25 for the mail function.
