Importing ADT Templates

Featured Replies

We are converting from Act to FM7. They have 85 .adt templates of which 40 are used regularly. Upon review, they open in Word but contain merge fields which look like:

DatabaseID=[[DatabaseID]] etc.

I've used merge fields in Word before with other db programs. I assume I can just respecify the table that Word uses in the merge section. Does this sound correct? But I would prefer converting them in one batch. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I suppose I could convert each one into FM; in fact, I think I will plan for that anyway. But, in the meantime, is there a quick way to relink these adt files to save me opening every single one? smirk.gif
