Hi! I'm trying to figure out how I can shrink a layout to fit on one page. When I go to Print Properties and reduce (fit to page or custom), the records get smaller but no more of any individual record fits on a page (and no more records fit on a page). Does anyone know how to shrink a too-big layout to fit on Letter Portrait?

You might try making a separate layout for printing and use a smaller font to shrink your fields down to the desired size.
