Rounding up or down in .25 increments

I need to round a number other than the standard .5 increment. example...

4.2 = 4

4.3 = 4.5

4.6 = 4.5

4.8 = 5

Is there a way to do this?

Create another field with this calculation:

.5*Round(Amount/.5,0)
