August 16, 200421 yr Hello everyone, I have a question about doing queries. I would like to be able to select several fields to do a search on and then have a different set of fields show for a certain record. For example, let's say I have a layout with Company, Revenue, Type of Company, Website, Location, Profit, and Supplier Services. I want to be able to do a find for Type of Company and then be able to select to only view Revenue and Profit for the companies that are found, rather than having to view every single field in the record. Is there a way to do this? Thanks. Karen
