Error installing runtime solution on notebook PC

Hello,

I have created a runtime solution with FMD7 and I created an install with Tarma installer. The install works great on my PC with XP Pro, but when I install the program on my notebook with XPHome I get an error that complains about registering the FML10.dll. I am not sure what the FML10.dll file is used for, but the program still works even though I get this error. I have had another person state they received the same error on their notebook, but not on their PC. Is it something with XPHome? Centrino chips sets?

The file is in the program group so it does get copied. Every other file looks ok from what I can tell, but the installation just stops at that point and it is towards the end.

Anyone else have this problem?
