Dymo 330T won't print address 2-up labels

Featured Replies

Hello,

here's a weird printing issue for you... it's kinda long, but stay with me here...

When creating a new layout to be able to print labels (from a dymo 330T), I can't figure out how to get it to print two labels at a time(using the adress 2-up 30253 labels). Here's what I'm doing:

new layout --> layout type = labels -->custom label measurement (WxH=3.5x1.125) --> 2 labels accross page --> fixed margins all =0.

FMP gives me this error: Labels won't fit accross page, try fewer labels, norrower labels, or wider paper.

I've tried both landscape and portrait print setups, nothing.

Oh yeah, and I can print a single 'shipping' sized label(30256) confused.gif just fine (I can chooes that label in the layout setup) and it work fine, it's just that the labels are too big... I need to print 2 3.5x1.125" labels...

Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch!

Justin

when you go to print, check the filemaker specific print options, there is a place to change the scope of the records to print, I Bet it's set to print current record, instead of records found. This happend to me, except that it was changed when I upgraded my files from fm6 to fm7. After checking these settings in my script steps, it started printing multiple records per page.
