Citrix Info

We have a client who is going to be upgradint to Citrix. They are running a Win2000 platform now and are using FM 5.5 and 5 server. Where can I get a best practices paper or somthing. We have never delt with citrix and I want to be prepared. i didn't find a whole lot od info on FM's site (surprise, surprise)
