I have 4 password, one master and 3 others. There are 3 groups, each password is associated with one group. The master password is associated with all groups.

I have a calculation field currentgroup, Status(CurrentGroups). No matter which password I log in as this field shows ALL groups as current. My understanding is the Status(CurrentGroups) shows the groups for the current password only, which should be one for all but the master password.

Thoughts?

many thanks,

Two possibilities:

1. Doublecheck how you assigned passwords/groups.

2. Make sure that the currentgroup field does not store results (click the "Storage Options" button at the bottom right of the calc dialog box). This is most likely the problem.

Storage is off as is indexing. I have for simplicity:

pass1

pass2

pass3

master

and groups are

g1

g2

g3

I click on group g1 and pass1 and master are accessible, the other two are not accessible. this is the same for each one accordingly. I click on pass1 and g1 is accessible, the other two are not, etc. I click on password master and all are accessible.
