Newbies blindref Posted September 20, 2004 Newbies Posted September 20, 2004 Howdy all.. I recently created a Developer solution on my XP machine. What do I need to do to make the program compatible to a Mac machine. Thanks in advance.
Reed Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 You need to install filemaker developer on a mac, and bind the solution there to create the mac runtime. You should also check out the fonts, graphics etc., to make sure they work and that the positioning of objects is OK.
Newbies blindref Posted September 21, 2004 Author Newbies Posted September 21, 2004 Thanks, I do not have to re-create right? The file from PC should be recognized on the Mac version of FM developer?
MoonShadow Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 FileMaker is cross-compatible. No, you don't have to re-create your windows file to open it with a Mac.
