How do I make a layout in FM that changes color with the color scheme of Windows XP?

You can't. Unless you hard code the different layouts for all the different schemes and then use VBscript to detect what scheme is active, have that VBscript trigger some toggle in FileMaker...

Generally too much work to be worth it.
