Maximum Number of Licensed Users Error

I am setting up FMP7 Server Advanced, as an upgrade to FMP Unlimited 5, by creating a new database on my PC FMP7, and copying over to the "databases" folder on the server. When I attempt to open the remote, and select the file on the server, it brings up the "Maximum Number of Licensed Users" Error, and closes FMP7. The server has it's FMP7 Server Advanced license. I have my FMP7 ordinary license. There are no other FMP7 users on this network. What am I doing wrong. Please help!

Are you logged in to the FMSA machine with the same account as you are on your machine (on the OS level, noth FM)?

Do you by any chance have the Server Admin tool running on one of those two machines?

Wim

As a quick side note: when you say "copying the files over to the 'database' folder on the server", do you mean that the 'database' folder on the server is shared? If it is, remove the share, that's dangerous. Also, when you move files from a workstation to the server, make sure they are moved, not copied. Don't leave copies of the hosted files anywhere on the network.
