I'm rather new -

Looking for a way to total the number of field responses in an exported report.

How many times did the user answer yes to a question or how many users choose "books" from a drop down box.

Tell us a little about how your files are organized. What is a record in your file(s)? What fields are in each record? It's impossible to answer your question in the abstract.
