Text field losing Formating and Indenting ability

I have a TEXT field, where user adds the Body of a memo. I am unable to allow the users any ability to change the formatting of the text neither the indenting facility. The file has restricted access. Full Access works fine, but the with restricted access (no Deleting, exporting etc and no layout/scripts etc) there is no format tool available? What am I doing Wrong? Users are screaming!!! confused.gif

Have you looked at scripting the process thus allowing the user to highlight some text and then using 7's new formatting techniques change format of the text to bold, italic etc?

By scripting, you can check the override option at the bottom (Run script with full access privileges) to give the script full access.

As to indenting, maybe teaching them CTRL and TAB.

Define Accounts & Privileges | user | Edit | Privilege Set | Edit | Available menu commands ----- you have this set to Minimum, so try All or Editing only.

Thats great Transpower. I knew i am missing something silly, but did not notice that "Editing only " Menu set. Thanx Heaps.
