After making a search through a Lasso 6 page I notice that FileMaker remains in Find mode if anything except a non-specific find is executed. I think it's causing crashes. Any ideas?

I discovered the problem (doh). I was specifying a default database password in the Database Detail page of Lasso Administration that referred to a password in the FileMaker file that had in the Available menu commands value list of the Define Passwords dialogue box... 'Editing Only' instead of 'Normal'. Curiously a number of the other options seems to make little difference, but that one does. Also curiously the file still functioned for numerous inquiries...well... until it crashed.....!
