print Defind Fields

Hi there i was wondering if there is a way print the defind fields window? or i just would like to know the field names and what they are. something that is simple. if there is a way.

Choose "Print" from the file menu. Then choose "FileMaker Pro" under options. Look at the bottom of the dialog there is a radio button called "Field Definitions". Cick on the radio button and then click print.
