I am having a rather difficult time creating labels. Whether I use a predefined template or custom measurements, the results are always wrong. I end up having to tweak the layout to make the data fit. I have a receding hairline and can ill afford to start pulling my hair out.

Has anyone else encountered problems generating labels?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've always had to tweak the header to raise or lower the printing on the labels, but that's about it. They always work OK for me, at least in FMP 6.

I have not done any in FMP 7 yet.

Are the labels printed with 1) inkjet printer 81/2x11, 2) laser printer 81/2 x 11 or 3) a label printer? Which model printer?

I use an inkjet printer 8.5 x 11, Epson stylus C80.
