OK here is what I need to do!

I have a ledger report that my client wants to use but he wants it to be able to show weekly stats in landscape per employee. I got it in landscape and did all other changes just cannot get it to do the calculation that would equal the total per employee. All totals I put in page does whole report or does not function at all. I am sending the file unlocked look at it and tell me what I need to do.

Put your SalesSummary4Report and RefundSummary4Report fields in your subsummary by employeeName part. If you don't want to see the individual info, remove your Body part and just use the Subsummary.

OK I made the changes but the darn total will not do only one employee at a time here is changed file. It keeps calculating whole ledger

Records must be sorted by the subsummary break field for a subsummary to be visible in Preview Mode, just in case you weren't aware.
