I have a database I am currently using with 50 people as a stand alone created with Developer Tool. They send me their updates monthly and I compile them, but I'd like to move it to the web. If I buy Server 7...

1. will I have to buy additional software for each user and

2. will my database look and act the same, or will I lose functionality like with Instant Web Publishing?

1. They will be accessing your software on the Web; so they wouldn't have to buy anything else.

2. No, there are considerable differences; without a recently advertised Plug-in, you would lose much of your scripting capability; tab order is not respected; records must be explicitly committed; you cannot print (other than through the browser); etc. You'd better test this thoroughly before deployment by accessing your database from another computer using your IP address.
