Wasatch Posted November 10, 2004 Share Posted November 10, 2004 My databases contain dynamic graphs or maps which reflect data specific to each record, and which need to be refreshed when switching records. Navigating among records is therefore done with brief scripts that include a refresh step; the Status Area is hidden. However, one can still scroll records with the mouse wheel, and lose the updating. Can scrolling be turned off from within Filemaker? Newbies consulting Posted January 24, 2005 Newbies Share Posted January 24, 2005 I am also experiencing this problem...Show/Hide Status Area [ Hide ] then be sure to click the 'Lock'...does not seem to stop me from using the roller ball on the mouse to scroll through records...this ability to scroll has caused major data corruption....am I missing something?
