How can I when finishing a record entry to have the cursor fly automatically to a blank record which is called "PARK"?

You can either have a button connected to a script which the user clicks to indicate that the entry is complete or use a plug-in such as Activator to trigger the script after entry into the last field. The danger with the last approach is if the user wants to change something out of order, they will be wisked away before they can make the change.
