I have a user who has a FileMaker 5 database. This file only has one password and that password does not have full access. I used "FileMaker Key" and confirmed there is not a password that has full access. So, my question is how do I gain full access to this database?

Contact FileMaker, Inc.

You may have to go to the original developer to get a copy that has the master password. Is there an About layout?
