In a word - Yes. We even have a plugin topic area "Beyond FileMaker >> Plug-Ins"

Here is a recent thread that may be what you are looking for:Recent Thread that I found doing a search of ALL FORUMS using the keyword of - "Charts" (no quotes needed) and pulled up 140+ hits.

There are some older files that show how to do this in prior versions without a plugin, but I'm betting that v7 would make that process easier.
