What do you mean by generating a report from a pop-up list? If you want to print the values from the list, it would depend on how the list is generated. It could be entered manually or be taken from another file.

A find operation isolates a subset of records in a file. The result could be 1) part of the records, 2) all of the records, or 3) none of the records. Given this "found" subset of records, reports are generated by creating a layout with the fields formatted as you desire and printing the layout.
