Is it possible to add fields to an email body? Can you add for ex. FirstName than text to an email so it seems personal without editing the email. I would like to automate the email proccess as well. Any suggestions?

You can set a global text field with Set Field [global, FirstName & ", your email text."] and then specify your Send Mail step to use the global's 'Field Value' as your Message portion.
