Can records get a "creation date" upon import?

Hello,

I need a way for Filemaker to automatically create a "creation date" when I import records from a csv file. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I tried to just create a field that was an auto-enter date, and I thought that when those records were imported, that they would be given a date.

Looks like it's a little more complicated, Oh well smile.gif

They will, if your Import Options has 'Perform auto-enter options while importing' selected.
