I have 2 fields:

a Vendor ID and a related Boolean defining whether that vendor is active or not.

I would like to build a value list with only the active vendors. Any ideas? It sounds easy! lol smile.gif

Hi Marvin,

Sure, just base your value list on a calculation field using a calculation such as this:

Case(Vender Status="Active", Venders)
