Ciao, this is my first post in this forum, so excuse me if I am doing/writing something wrong here (my enghish is very bad too).

I have this problem: how can i pass data from a PDF form to a FMP 7 db?

I found an example to do this in FMP 6 but once converted in FMP 7 it still works only to populate PDF form, not to edit and pass data back to FM.

Probably something has changed in the way to submit data to the db from 6 to 7.

Can someone help me to understand how to do this?

A PDF can be inserted as an object into an FM container. Then you just double-click the field to launch Acrobat, edit the form, save, and come back to FM.

Excuse me.

I mean: a PDF form published with IWP where different users can edit data in fields. When a user press "Submit" button new data updates FMP record or creates a new record with new data.

Users don't use FMP, they only see PDF document trought a web browser.

Thank you.
